Liz advises leadership teams across Hong Kong and Asia, working with organizations to strengthen their market positioning and unlock growth. She brings 25 years of experience in strategic corporate development, professional services marketing, financial and corporate communications, client targeting and investor engagement in Hong Kong and across the region.

Having begun her career in London’s debt capital markets, she has focused in more recent years on the equity capital markets. Liz has advised 50+ Chinese and international listed companies, including companies listed on HKEX, Nasdaq and NYSE, across IPOs, secondary offerings and ongoing investor relations. Her expertise covers corporate and financial communications, investor targeting, ESG reporting, and global media relations, assisting management teams to strengthen market visibility and build investor confidence.

In addition, she has substantial business development and marketing experience with leading international law firms, including Clyde & Co, Clifford Chance, Bird & Bird, and Paul Hastings. Her professional services sector expertise includes client targeting, pitches, thought leadership, directory and award submissions, media engagement and strategic marketing, supporting profile raising, client wins, and revenue growth. Liz has managed regional marketing and business development teams and budgets, as well as assisted law firms in establishing a variety of CRM and MarTech platforms.

With experience across the capital markets and professional services, Liz understands the perspectives and priorities of clients, investors, boards, executives, regulators, advisers and the media, enabling her to develop effective marketing and communications strategies for clients.

Liz holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting & Finance from Oxford Brookes University. She is a member of CPA Australia and has professional qualifications in investor relations from the University of Hong Kong (SPACE) and the UK Investor Relations Society. She is also an ESG Certified Professional with the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and holds certificates as a Communications Management Professional from the International Association of Business Communicators and in Professional Communications: Business Writing and Storytelling from The Economist. To keep current, Liz continues to develop herself in the areas of corporate governance, digital marketing, and AI. She also has some capability in spoken Chinese.
